6. Token Money & Payment Terms

6.1 Token Money

We collect token money for:

  • Property listing (from owners)

6.2 Non-Refundable Policy

  • All token money payments are strictly non-refundable.
  • No refund will be issued under any circumstances including cancellation, loan rejection, or change of decision.

6.3 Property Change Option

  • Customers may request a change of booked property within 3 days of payment.
  • Only one change request will be allowed.
  • No change will be permitted after 3 days.

7. Cancellation

  • If a customer cancels booking, token money will be forfeited.
  • If a property owner withdraws listing, listing/token charges remain non-refundable.

8. No Guarantee of Transaction

The Company does not guarantee:

  • Loan approval
  • Registration completion
  • Agreement finalization
  • Property possession timelines

Final agreements are solely between buyer and seller / tenant and owner.


9. User Responsibilities

Users agree:

  • To provide genuine information
  • Not to misuse the website
  • Not to upload false property details
  • Not to engage in fraudulent activity

The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts or services for violations.


10. Intellectual Property
