6.1 Token Money

All token money payments are strictly non-refundable.
No refund will be issued under any circumstances including cancellation, loan rejection, or change of decision.

6.3 Property Change Option

Customers may request a change of booked property within 3 days of payment.
Only one change request will be allowed.
No change will be permitted after 3 days.

7. Cancellation

If a customer cancels booking, token money will be forfeited.
If a property owner withdraws listing, listing/token charges remain non-refundable.

8. No Guarantee of Transaction

The Company does not guarantee:

Loan approval
Registration completion
Agreement finalization
Property possession timelines

Final agreements are solely between buyer and seller / tenant and owner.

9. User Responsibilities

Users agree:

To provide genuine information
Not to misuse the website
Not to upload false property details
Not to engage in fraudulent activity

The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts or services for violations.
